The Benefits to using engineered CNC cut parts are pretty obvious when one thinks about it. The number 1 time consumer in fabrication is fabrication of pieces. Generally the fabrication of pieces for use on a repair is 60% of the work load and time consumption and sometimes it accounts for even more depending on the repair. This results in longer lead times which results in longer down time for equipment and/or extended project completion times.
Plasma table produced pieces cost less and can be made more quickly than OEM or hand cut pieces. It boils down to simple logistics. If your welder does not have to hand cut pieces, he can spend his time on repairs and installation thereby reducing overall cost.
Olympian Welding offers a solution to these problems coupled with 8 years of heavy equipment and high purity material fabrication experience.
Our Plasma table has a 4” depth capacity with a 120” x 72” cutting area. Olympian is able to cut material up to 2” in thickness with its Plasma Cutter and an additional 2” (for the grand total 4” depth capacity) with Oxy/Act.
Olympian Welding is able to furnish engineered drawings for pre-approval of any project before initiation. The table and design services are priced $120 an hour plus the cost of material being cut.
Olympian Welding offers a shop rate of $160 an hour with a delivery fee of a $200 with in a 25 mile radius of our shop. We have a multitude of processes to meet or exceed the manufactures specifications involving repairs or upgrades.
These processes included but are not limited to SMAW, GMAW, GTAW including CNC plasma and plasma services. All material deposits are final and
non - refundable.
All completed repairs and fabrications are given 48 hours to be picked up before incurring a $10.00 a day storage fee. Olympian Fabrication will not release assets until storage fees are honored and will continue accruing until satisfied.
Olympian Welding has over 8 years experience with welding and fabrication in certified D1.1 Structural Steel and 6G Pipe up to 64”. In addition Olympian Welding is OSHA 30 certified.
We offer mobile services for $280 an hour with a 3 - hour minimum. We have the ability to augment pieces through engineering and an overall understanding of operating environments and their requirements.
We have experience in a variety of production facilities, including Textiles, Aggregate Plants, Various Heavy Manufacturing Mills, Food Production and residential/commercial construction sites.
Olympian Welding has not had no safety incidents or OSHA violations since its founding in 2015.
